Oaths and Affirmations:

Loan Document Signings:

$150-$250

Standard Loan Package: $150-$200
Description: Includes traveling to the client's location, notarizing signatures on a standard set of loan documents, and ensuring completeness of the signing.

Travel Fees:

Local Area (up to 10 miles): $20 flat fee
Extended Area (10-30 miles): $50 flat fee
Description: Additional charges for travel outside of immediate local area. Any further would require a custom quote.

After Hours and Weekend Services:

Additional Fee: $20
Description: Services provided outside of normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) or on weekends.
